AcceptThe Antonio Hernández Gil Foundation is a non-profit organisation, created in 2015, which aims to promote and raise awareness of the life and values of this remarkable Spanish jurist who helped to meticulously and rigorously define modern law in harmony with his ethics, and contributed to the drafting of the Spanish Constitution of 1978.
The Antonio Hernández Gil Foundation aims to raise awareness concerning the life and work of Antonio Hernández Gil as well as to disseminate the values which, as a citizen and as a jurist, he put at the service of Spanish society as it transitioned to a social and democratic state under the rule of law. These values include:
